Dvach and Jax are outstanding
Very pleased from my first call to service representative through the technician’s visit. They listened carefully to my request, are responding quickly, providing detailed information after onsite inspection, and recommending cost-effective options to repair HVAC to optimal conditions. This is the business to call if you need fast, professional service by respectful and experienced staff.

All good
Very through in checking my unit out for my Maintenance plan.
Not only did they not review the price with me before "fixing" the unit with replacing a switch...they had to send out two technicians on two different days because the first one didn't fix it like he stated. Then the second technician told us he did literally the same thing the other technician said he did the day before. They also didn't remove the $99 service fee like was stated initially when I set up the appt. And upon speaking with the manager, they basically just gave me $50 off of the $500 bill and called it day. Completely unprofessional business!
Response from Force Home Services:
Kristen: Although this isn't the type of review we like to see, it is important that we hear all customer feedback, regardless of the "good", "bad" or "ugly". Brandon should have reviewed the pricing with you prior to making the repairs on your furnace, that is our protocol. For that we do apologize. It was very unfortunate that the furnace quit overnight and we understand it was frustrating for you. It appears that George was able to clear additional debris and answer additional questions for you and discussed our two year warranty on parts and labor for the work that was performed. This would be important information for the owner of the property to have for this 2010 furnace. I also took a look at the invoices and I do see 3 transactions. The original $524.52 for the repair (12/21) a credit of $99 (12/21) and an additional credit of $50 (12/22). The out of pocket expense for the owner of the property would be $375.52. We would be happy to provide you with an updated invoice reflecting the original cost and credits for you to forward on to the owner of the property. If you need anything please don't hesitate to reach out.
Met our service tech, Paul, for the first. Very friendly and professional. Walked me through details about HVAC updates that we need to consider. There is a reason we have been with Force for over 15 years. I highly recommend them
