This is the most common and you are probably familiar with this type. Generally speaking, it’s typically the most affordable. With regular maintenance and cleaning to remove sediment and mineral scale, the general lifespan is around twelve years. Check out our Forever System Water Heater that comes with a lifetime guarantee for as long as you own your home.

The capacity of the tank will determine how much how water is available at once. What this means is you are limited to how much hot water you can hold. In other words, if the tank is too small for your family’s needs, you’ll run out of hot water and you will have to wait for the next tank to be heated. Current special offers available.

Tankless are the “buzz” today and for good reason. Not only do you get unlimited hot water, you’re not wasting time or water waiting for the water to get hot. For families that use 41 gallons or less of hot water every day, it can be 24-34% more efficient. In homes that use around 86 gallons a day, it can be 8-14% more energy efficient and have a typical lifespan of around twenty years.

A heat pump water heater is often referred to as “hybrid” water heaters. An electric pump water heater pulls heat from the outside or the room in which it’s located into a tank to heat water. With regular maintenance, they have a lifespan from thirteen to fifteen years.

With multiple settings and modes, it’s designed to maximize energy savings. With this in mind, the larger your family, the quicker you’ll see a return on investment.

Regardless of what type you choose, proper installation and maintenance will optimize efficiency and extend your water heater’s life. When you choose Force Home Services, you’re getting Plumbing Professionals that are highly trained experts in repairs, replacements and installations. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee-If You Are Not Happy Our Service is Free.

As a resident of Denton or Argyle, you can just contact Force Home Services for prompt, courteous water heater service.

Prior to the invention of the water heater, you had to warm water in a pot on a fire or a stove. You’d then have to cart it to the tub, risking blisters and burns on the way. As the process was time consuming, families often opted to take turns bathing in the same water. In 1889, however, an inventor by the name of Edwin Ruud succeeded in making things a little easier. At first, water heaters were a convenience of well-to-do families, but that soon changed. We’ve come a long way to ensuring every household has access to hot water when and where it’s needed. The addition of tankless units also lets us do it in minimal space.

Today’s water heaters are convenient and intuitive. Once installed, they run almost entirely without human intervention. Nowadays, there are several designs available in the Denton area. And, when it comes to installing the system that’s right for you, it’s hard to beat the plumbing experts at Force Home Services.

When having water heater work done, you want to get quality service at a competitive price. With all the tradespeople out there, it can be hard to pick one especially if you don’t know what to look for. Below are five boxes your plumbing contractor needs to check:

  • They possess an up-to-date license
  • The company is local to the Denton area and understands your needs
  • Whoever works on your home must have ample water heater experience
  • The company carries both liability and worker’s compensation insurance
  • Their listed hours can accommodate your needs

Our water heater repair experts understand how important warm water is to modern living. Upon arrival, they will quickly introduce themselves and then start diagnostics. After pinpointing what caused your water heater to malfunction, he or she will provide you a quote on fixing it. We repair all brands including Ruud, A.O. Smith, Rheem, Kenmore, American Standard, and Bradford White.

The typical water heater lasts 10 years before it needs to be replaced. If any major issues are spotted prior to that, however, installing a new system may be your best bet. Note that all new water heater quotes come at no cost to you. We want to be sure that the idea of a service cost doesn’t stop you from doing what’s right for you and your family.

Our Denton plumbers recommend getting your water heater in Denton serviced on a regular basis. This allows them to scrub grime away from the pilot light and test the sturdiness of the couplings. These periodic water heater tune-ups prevent large problems from becoming disasters.

If you want hot water without the big, round tank, an on-demand water heater might be right for you. These contemporary systems use roughly half the energy of a traditional water heater and take up much less room. When our plumber arrives, ask about the benefits of making the switch. Already have a tankless water heater in Denton? You can count on us to repair, replace, and maintain it.

Force Home Services: Exceptional Service Beyond Compare! From the moment I reached out to Force Home Services, I knew I was in for a treat. Their team, serving the Denton area with pride since 1985, is the epitome of professionalism and expertise. Whether it was my AC unit gasping for air on a sweltering Texas day or my furnace doing a winter hibernation, their technicians were my superheroes without capes. Their meticulous attention to detail, from maintenance to repair, and even replacement services, left me in awe. The comfort of my home has never been in better hands. And let’s talk about punctuality – they’re like clockwork, always on time, every time. But it’s not just about the technical skills, which are top-notch, by the way. It’s the warmth and friendliness that each member of the team brings to the table. They’re not just service providers; they’re like that neighbor who’s always got your back. We really like Drew and Brandon! I’ve had my fair share of experiences with home services, but Force Home Services stands out like a beacon of reliability. They’ve turned a skeptic into a lifelong fan. If you’re in the area and in need of heating, cooling, or plumbing solutions, do yourself a favor and call these folks. Trust me, your home will thank you! Best Guys around, hands Down!

I had signed up for the spring inspection. Unfortunately they found my two units needed some maintenance. I ended up replacing one and Force Home Services was quick on the job to get it replaced. Friendly repairman, not sure if it was a fair price as I did not compare with any other company. I am a member of their company so I did get a discount. I can't complain about their service or their office team as they have been excellent on returning phone calls or accommodating my needs. I would definitely recommend using Force Home Services for AC and plumbing needs.

I’m acquainted with the plumbing side of Force Home Services. My initial call was about a leaky outside spigot, installation of 2 bathroom faucets, and a possible leak in an incoming water line. Michael B. listened as I shared my list of needed plumbing repairs, looked at the meter and advised that rather than an exterior leak, the toilets should be inspected to see about the necessity of replacing the flapper. This reminded me of the advanced age of the toilets and my concern regarding the integrity of the seals. So I signed up for a package deal that included the installation of my faucets, two toilets, and a spigot repair. Michael made a supply run, returned with an assistant, and they got busy. The first toilet was determined to remain in place, so the master plumber (MP) was called in to assist. While waiting for his arrival, they worked on the faucets. Responding quickly to the call, the MP made an attempt to remove the toilet with the goal of not breaking it. It defied even his expertise and the appropriate measures were taken. Exit stubborn toilet pursued by a plumber. A problem with the flange was exposed necessitating unexpected repair and further expenses to this homemaker, but, with kind explanations and approval, toilet #1was soon installed. On to toilet #2. It exited with hoped for ease to the delight of all only to reveal a flange with serious issues. It sat about 2 inches below the floor with said gap neatly walled in by cement. Someone did a very neat job of not meeting code with this little make-do. The MP provided an on-site tutorial explaining the work involved, to begin the following day with breaking out concrete, replacing the flange, pouring new concrete, letting it cure, coming back the next day to install the toilet. Of course you know what I saw as I looked into that hole, so you can probably guess what I said. Expensive! So, the tutorial continued with an iPad and numbers, and it added up to a much more reasonable sum than anticipated. And they got busy and work got done. When day three rolled around for the final installment I’d reached a couple of conclusions: toilet #1 leaked, & the seat was defective. Michael B. fixed the leak & replaced both seats, then completed installation #2. Success! Take-aways: great plumbers, excellent customer service (except for 1 receptionist), clean- wore shoe covers inside, & cleaned up area as they went, surprisingly reasonable rates, and all the parts I purchased from them & all the labor is covered by warranty. While this project snowballed unexpectedly, they didn’t try to take financial advantage of it, and they were upbeat and kind all three days. I also appreciated the safety precaution of contacting me when their representative was en route with his picture included. I highly recommend Force Home Services when an outside spigot needs repair, and for any other plumbing needs like faucets, flanges, & new toilets.
